Program manager

Instigating change and growth

As a Program Manager, you play a vital role in defining and designing multi-disciplinary programs for our clients. You proactively monitor program progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action to ensure successful outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations, communicate changes effectively, and address any resistance or concerns.
  • Develop and implement Change & Growth programs at our clients, including project scope definition, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure successful program execution by coordinating activities, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among various stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients and our expertise teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
  • Support team members’ professional growth, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    A minimum of 10 years or working experience in providing strategic advice, leading digital transformation, and implementing digital solutions for clients. A proven track record of successfully managing complex programs within a similar environment. Experience across various industries and domains is advantageous.
  • Expertise
    Knowledge of change management principles and experience in supporting clients in implementing strategic initiatives. 
  • Relationship management
    Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at a C- level, navigate organizational complexities, manage resistance, and drive successful change adoption.
  • Leadership skills
    Strong leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and inspiring and motivating team members.
  • Education
    A bachelor’s or master’s degree. Advanced degrees or certifications in program management, agile methodologies, or relevant industry domains can be beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Dutch.
