Helicopter view of the entire sales process

As CRM consultant at Newcraft you’ll be responsible for getting the best results possible from CRM for our top brand clients. You help them with developing a CRM strategy and roadmap, and make sure this is executed according to planning and budget together with a team from the client and Newcraft’s specialists. You are the business catalyst who operates between Data, Technology, Creative & Strategy and help with innovating the client setup. 

Furthermore you advise the client on Customer Value Management, the entire lead/sales/nurturing program, manage and optimize loyalty programs and you set up retention strategies. You’re able to translate business requirements into technical specs. You’ll define the Customer Journey from suspect to advocate. With your expertise on the role of CRM in the entire marketing process you help our clients achieve their business goals.

Newcraft’s CRM team is excited about marketing automation technologies and eager to help our clients achieve next level results with new solutions. We love to come up with creative marketing automation strategies and campaigns. The team consists of talented and passionate tooling experts varying from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ESP’s, DMP’s, CDP’s and CRM. Due to the variety of expertise within the team we focus on campaign optimization, marketing automation, crm and technical development. Our clients are (multinational) organizations in different industries and varying degrees of digital maturity.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • A helicopter view, and clear vision, of the entire sales process
  • Experienced in strategic CRM projects
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Dutch and English
  • Understanding of data setups / the customer engagement process / Tech stack
