Our Creative Consultants play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing business landscape by designing compelling propositions and end-to-end experiences for their prospects, clients, partners, and employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subject matter experts, to align objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Effectively communicate service design concepts, methodologies, and recommendations to clients and internal teams through presentations, reports, and visual materials.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data, conduct user research, and identify user needs, pain points, and aspirations related to services.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams and clients to generate innovative service concepts and solutions.
  • Create detailed service blueprints that outline the different processes, interactions, and stakeholders involved in delivering a service.
  • Develop prototypes and service mock-ups to test and validate ideas with users, incorporating feedback into the iterative design process.
  • Visualize the end-to-end customer experience to identify touch points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering innovative service experiences. Significant experience working on diverse projects across various industries.
  • Expertise
    Strong expertise in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
    Proficiency in creating service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize and analyze the end-to-end service experience.
    Experience in facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams, clients, and end-users.
    Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Abilities
    Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain valuable insights into user behaviors, needs, and expectations.
    Ability to effectively communicate concepts, methodologies, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Collaboration
    Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Project management
    Experience in project management, including scoping, planning, and delivering service design projects within given timelines and budgets.
  • Education
    A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Design, Communication, Digital Business, or Marketing.
