Within our Future Accelerators traineeships, you will be fully prepared in one year to conquer the business world as a digital marketing specialist or e-commerce consultant. We combine training from the best in the business with actual projects at our top brand clients so your learning curve goes through the roof!
In our one-year program you choose to specialize in either Organic growth marketing, Marketing automation, Digital retail media or E-commerce.
All programs have been developed with great care in order for you to learn as much as possible! You start working for our clients right away, while you’re being coached by our specialists (blackbelts). This way you can put your new skills to practice from the beginning. Sounds pretty serious right? Don’t worry, having a good time is part of our DNA so there’s plenty of time to chill and party with your colleagues.

Organic Growth Marketing
(Formerly known as SEO & Content Marketing Traineeship) Bring the client’s visibility, traffic and conversions to the next level. From technical SEO to creative content strategies: over the year you’ll find out what you like to do most and we’ll give you the freedom to specialize in and pursue those interests. A steep learning curve is guaranteed! You will end the year with an impressive amount of relevant knowledge and experience in your pocket.
At OAK, I learn incredibly much during the substantive training sessions and I can immediately apply that knowledge when I work for a client. We get room to make mistakes and learn from them, and to specialize in what you discover interests you most. It is so cool to see how much my fellow trainees and I have grown and developed these past months!

The procedure
The application process for a traineeship is as follows:
1. Online application
You send us your CV together with a short motivation.
2. Telephone interview
If your motivation and CV catch our attention, we will give you a brief phone call to get to know you better.
3. Introduction
If both of us are enthusiastic, we invite you to our office for a first introduction.
4. Case presentation
If this first chat goes smoothly, we’ll ask you to present a case.
5. Offer
Did you impress us with your case? Great! Then we’ll make you an offer you can’t refuse.
6. Welcome aboard!
