Pon Holdings is a privately owned multinational involved in mobility products, services and solutions in more than 65 countries with a yearly turnover of more than €7,3B. Since 2008 Newcraft has been Pon’s digital acceleration partner for the board, to bring understanding and trust in executing change and optimizing current performance. We work for six business lines, developed a Digital Innovation Lab and are continuously developing digital capabilities.
We initiated and supported in mastering digital lead generation activities for Audi, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen and defined and set up digital marketing dashboards for all brand sites to enable active digital funnel management. Meanwhile, we supported the organization with interim roles and hybrid teams to increase Pon’s digital maturity.
To overcome a blocking channel conflict situation, we defined an e-commerce strategy and develivered a platform including all financial, legal, logistic, warehousing and customer care processes. We added Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Porsche and Volkswagen and new propositions such as merchandise, accessories and at home installation. We developed key customer journeys for the launch of CUPRA and co-developed a customer centric approach in launching new models for Audi and SEAT.

By connecting the ERP to dealer portals and consumer-facing digital brand channels we’ve defined a digital closing-the-loop strategy for brands Gazelle, FOCUS, Kalkhoff, Union and Cervélo.
We’ve secured a top-3 SERP position in organic traffic through our content strategy for Gazelle and FOCUS across European markets.
The first connected e-bike was defined and developed by Newcraft, which closed the loop of production, bike dealers and consumers and became the best selling e-bike for Gazelle.

Furthermore, we defined a digital growth strategy for DutchLease.

This award-winning data-driven platform for collaboration with their strategic client shipbuilder Austal USA optimizes and digitizes their end-to-end collaboration workflow. This could result in the improvement of delivery times of parts by 10 to 15%, securing a multi-million dollar contract.
