It’s a vital prerequisite for Pon to keep up with the ever-changing behaviour and demands of its customers all over the world.

 

Technological advancements create major opportunities in new playing fields. As a multinational leader representing over 55 brands, the need emerged for a centralized approach to ignite innovation within the organization.

 

With Newcraft as launching partner, Pon set up the Digital Innovation Lab in 2016; a central point in the organization where all Pon’s business lines can discover, develop and test new (digital) propositions and services.

New innovative propositions are generated in close collaboration with stakeholders. Prototypes are developed within a few weeks and validated from a user, business and technical perspective. The lab facilitates this process and brings together experts and stakeholders to provide the right circumstances for value on all sides and a continuous learning loop.

 

Over the years, many services, products and propositions have been developed at the lab. We released the Porsche24 loyalty program, made a connected ebike with Gazelle and created a VR experience for Audi to name a few.

The app embraces, rewards and connects Porsche drivers. Its users earn points with every mile they drive. These points can be used to unlock levels with exclusive Porsche privileges and benefits. The program triggers engagement, interaction and stimulates loyalty.
