You help our clients accelerate their online webshop management. Whether it’s on their platform or via marketplaces; you make their sales go through the roof.

 

As an Online Merchandiser / CRO Specialist at Newcraft, you’ll dive into the different industry-leading companies we work for. You’ll get to know all the ins and outs of their assortment and the market they play in. You’re always looking at price, proposition, assortment, and conversion, and you never miss an opportunity to improve sales. You’ll work closely with the client and experts from Newcraft so that you’re always improving results and your skills at the same time.

 

In this role, you will be the authority on conversion optimization and web analytics and lead our strategy, standards, and processes around A/B testing. You will play a key role in shifting the culture within your team to embrace experiments and use them well.

 

You have experience with data analytics and understand how to translate user data (feedback, analytics, experiments) into insights and improvement plans, and enjoy presenting this to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing insight into the results and areas for improvement of our digital activities, visualizing (online) customer journeys and mapping customer needs.

About the team

Our Commerce team is a fun and fast-growing team with a data-driven and commercial mindset. We help clients drive digital revenue growth, both e-commerce and digitally influenced offline sales. We work on optimizing both direct e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces, for any industry and both B2C and B2B. Our capabilities include e-commerce management, conversion optimization, online merchandising, online category management, web analytics, and marketplaces.

Qualifications

  • An HBO/WO degree (preferably Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or similar)
  • 2-4 years of experience working at an organization with a testing program or at an agency, ideally in e-commerce, with significant hands-on experience with experimentation
  • You have experience with stakeholder management;
  • You can enthuse the team and foster collaboration;
  • In addition to Google Analytics, you can work with heatmap/screen recording tools, survey/feedback solutions, and A/B testing software
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
