Newcraft’s Email & CRM team consists of talented and passionate experts that help our top brand clients with creating the right strategy for the activation of customer data across paid and owned channels.
We ensure the technical and data foundation is in place and support our clients in getting results and driving future proof personalization. We are looking for an experienced lead that will take the team and our clients to the next level. You will build on our vision and further develop our Email & CRM value proposition together with our senior Newcraft team members. You’ll manage the commercial pipeline and take the lead in structuring and pursuing opportunities with new and existing clients.
You’re responsible for maintaining and improving the high quality of the team’s work by developing and optimizing Email & CRM strategic and project methodologies.
