As a Senior UX Interaction Designer at Newcraft, you’ll create user-centric and innovative experiences for A-brands while coaching junior/medior UX Designers at the same time. You’ll define creative principles for design solutions and can translate (creative) strategies into UX principles, concepts, customer journeys, user flows and wireframes. Developing a prototype is a piece of cake for you, including setting up and guiding user- and concept tests.
Furthermore you’ll be responsible for briefing visual designers and developers, and you take care of a successful cooperation in creating the ultimate end product. You’ll present your work to clients and stakeholders and you’ll process their input and feedback into the design solutions. Your perfectionism secures the creative quality within our projects and you’re able to support commercial tracks with your creative know-how.
Last but not least, you’ll work on developing new (sub)propositions for the Experience design team.
