Helping Newcraft grow

Data scientists, online marketers, strategy consultants, designers, e-commerce specialists; you know how to spot them and recruit them to help Newcraft grow. You’re responsible for everything that has to do with recruitment, such as employer branding, optimizing the candidate journey, content marketing, selection methods; you name it. You’ll also work on talent pooling and sourcing. The target group we’re looking for is often not actively looking for a new job, so it’s up to you to find them, and use your personal approach to make them excited about Newcraft. You’re always thinking of smart, creative and appealing ways to get in touch with the best professionals in the market. Think of organizing hackathons, in-house events or giving presentations in one of our teams. Any ideas on how we can do this even better? You can certainly use your creativity here!


At Newcraft we don’t do ‘one size fits all’, but we prefer a personal approach. You’ll place yourself in the head of junior and medior digital professionals to find out what drives them. To gather that knowledge, you’ll talk to colleagues in the relevant positions. They can tell you exactly what makes them tick; essential information for the perfect recruitment strategy. This way you’ll control your entire recruitment process from A to Z and give your candidates the optimal candidate experience.


Furthermore you’ll be responsible for:

  • Searching for the very best talent through various Social Media Channels, including your own recruiter seat on LinkedIn
  • Supervising the entire recruitment and selection process, from vacancy intake to offer
  • Close communication and coordination with the manager and the candidate
  • Continuously improving our (recruitment) processes

About the team

As a Recruiter Digital you’ll join an ambitious and driven recruitment team consisting of Kaj Hidskes and Jorieke Hogeland, led by Team lead Operations Daphne Albada Jelgersma. What makes this role so much fun is that you’ll work closely with all the teams within the Newcraft Group to recruit the best people; Strategy, Paid marketing, Organic marketing, Email & CRM, Data Science, Experience design, Digital retail media, Commerce and Industry teams. Together you’ll work on the growth of the company, with a personal approach and lots of fun!

Who you are

  • Digital savvy and have affinity with this field


  • At least 3-5 years of recruitment work experience, preferably in the digital domain, unless you can demonstrate that you are cut out for this position
  • A positive and customer-oriented mindset
  • A practical and independent approach that fits us: you take initiative, feel responsible and think in solutions
  • Super strong communication skills in Dutch and English (in writing and verbally)
