You’re responsible for everything that has to do with recruitment, such as employer branding, optimizing the candidate journey, content marketing, selection methods; you name it. You’ll also work on talent pooling and sourcing. The target group we’re looking for is often not actively looking for a new job, so it’s up to you to find them, and use your personal approach to make them excited about Newcraft. You’re always thinking of smart, creative and appealing ways to get in touch with the best professionals in the market. At Newcraft we don’t do ‘one size fits all’, but we prefer a personal approach. You’ll place yourself in the head of junior and medior digital professionals to find out what drives them. As a Recruiter Digital you’ll join an ambitious and driven recruitment team consisting of Kaj Hidskes and Jorieke Hogeland, led by Team lead Operations Daphne Albada Jelgersma. What makes this role so much fun is that you’ll work closely with all the teams within the Newcraft Group to recruit the best people; Strategy, Paid marketing, Organic marketing, Email & CRM, Data Science, Experience design, Digital retail media, Commerce and Industry teams.
