As a Programmatic Advertising Specialist at Newcraft, you will work directly for leading brands and help them get the best results from their paid media campaigns.


You’ll operate on three levels; strategic, tactical and knowledge transfer. 


Strategic; you decide how the different paid channels can be used to get the best results for your client. You determine the right KPIs, budget attribution and understand the relationship between the different paid, owned and earned channels. You use the available data science capacity to deploy campaigns as smartly as possible. 


Tactically, you ensure that campaigns are implemented, optimized and automated. You challenge your colleagues on their choices and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and work on the campaigns yourself.


Knowledge transfer; you can transfer your capabilities both internally and to the clients so that they can eventually take control of their campaigns.

With our data driven and customer focused mindset we help clients gain the most out of their technology, data and media budget in order to influence both online as well as offline sales. Instead of focussing on the channels individually we rather work in multidisciplinary teams, connecting both brand as well as performance marketing efforts, strongly enhanced by smart automations and data solutions. Unlike most media agencies we rather work with our clients in hybrid teams rather than for our clients and are eager to transfer our capabilities to them to ensure sustainable results.

Who you are

  • You have an entrepreneurial nature; you are always looking for new commercial opportunities

  • A completed HBO/WO education and at least 5 years experience with paid media
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrable experience in the field of programmatic display and video buying
  • Experience in working at or for large clients, with large budgets and projects
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and experience with a data-driven approach


Hands-on experience with programmatic buying platforms, preferably the Google Marketing Platform and Display & Video 360. Paid Social advertising and/or affiliate marketing is a plus.
