Medior UX Designer

Creating meaningful experiences

As a Medior UX interaction Designer at Newcraft, you’ll create user-centric and innovative experiences for A-brands. You’ll be responsible for translating a (creative) strategy to UX principles, concepts, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and interaction designs.


You’ll create an information architecture, and set up prototypes. You’ll present your work to clients and stakeholders and process their input and feedback into the design solutions. Furthermore you’ll brief visual designers and developers and cooperate with them on the ultimate end product.


You use user-centric design methods and data to determine the right strategy and create UX concepts. You know how to conduct research like benchmarking or customer interviews. In this role you have direct customer contact and creative responsibility for the projects.

Who you are

  • You’re a perfectionist and know how to defend your design choices
  • You’re a team player but know how to work independently
  • You’ve got excellent communication skills on a professional level, in Dutch and English, written as well as verbally.
  • You love digital and all the latest trends and developments in UX


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an interaction/UX designer at an agency or as a freelancer
  • A great portfolio with digital projects for A-brands
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting (both on the business and IT side)
  • Relevant and proven experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
  • It’s a pre if you have experience in e-commerce
