As Medior UX Designer at Newcraft you’ll create user centric and innovative experiences for leading brands.
You use user-centric design methodologies and data to determine the right strategy and to create UX concepts. You are then able to work quickly and collaboratively to make these concepts tangible in prototypes for validation purposes.
We’re always looking for the most talented experts. You are a professional with a clear focus on digital. You have an eye for detail and unstoppable drive to deliver top quality. You thrive when you’re able to create meaningful and innovative work for interesting brands. Your design choices are based on a combination of (qualitative and quantitative) data insights and your experience and you’re able to defend your choices to your team and your clients. You remain sharp by gathering user feedback on a concept or prototype and you know how to integrate this in your design process to achieve the best possible user experiences.
It’s a client-facing role with creative responsibility for the projects. You involve co-workers and clients in your design process and you take care of an effective cooperation in multi-disciplinary teams. You contribute to the competence- and proposition development of the Creative team. That’s why it’s crucial to have a fit with the Newcraft DNA. You’re a team player with guts, curiosity and a passion for everything digital. You want to learn, inspire and strive to be the best in… everything!
Our team aims to make meaningful smart experiences that add value. For people, for business, for society. For now and for later.
We use our empathy and intuition, combined with data and insights as a foundation to carefully craft experiences.
We like to make complicated stuff easy, make them spark joy. So people adopt them, use them, keep using them.
