You help our industry-leading clients grow with your digital expertise and a good sense of entrepreneurship.
You’re responsible for growing our current clients, and investigating and acquiring new clients. You understand their needs and create a growth strategy based on data-driven insights and trends in the market. Once you’ve defined the goals and strategy, you create an execution roadmap with the necessary resources, solutions and expertise. You ensure commitment from both Newcraft and the client on the full scope of resources and deliverables.

We’re looking for growth managers in our wholesale and emerging markets industry teams. These teams consist of highly experienced managers with backgrounds in digital, strategy, marketing, and commerce in a specific industry. Newcraft’s focus industries are retail (food and non-food), cpg, automotive, wholesale and emerging markets. We like to take an entrepreneurial approach to projects and bring fresh ideas to the table at major brands like Leaseplan, Jumbo, Hema, bol.com, Pontmeyer and Yakult. We’re driven by curiosity and getting tangible results, and love to share our knowledge with others.
