You help our top brand clients accelerate their e-commerce activities. Whether they have just started to explore digital or are mature frontrunners; you make their sales go through the roof.

 

As e-commerce manager at Newcraft you’ll dive into the companies we work for and immediately spot their e-commerce challenges and opportunities. You use these insights to make a plan with concrete steps towards week-on-week revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of digital specialists to execute the e-commerce strategy that you defined and are actively involved in achieving measurable results.

Newcraft Digital Growth is excited to create value by proposing and executing digital solutions for clients. The team is energetic and runs fast to accelerate growth at our clients. We lead the way with a digital strategy and execute road maps with a hybrid team of specialists and team members of the client or third parties.

Who you are

  • Eyes on the prize; you’re always focused on result
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Pragmatic and able to think on your feet

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years experience in digital, of which at least 3 in e-commerce 
  • You have experience in leading teams
  • You have been commercially responsible for a digital sales channel or large product category
  • Preferably experience in the retail or FMCG industry
