Data-driven growth

As a Digital Analyst at Newcraft you will sink your teeth into the data of our A-brand clients in order to improve the conversion of their channels. You’re a crucial link in the digital acceleration of large companies like Randstad, Praxis and Leaseplan. 


Together with your fellow Commerce team members you make sure our clients achieve digital growth. You spot opportunities that improve the online customer journey by collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. In order to transfer your capabilities, you’ll work closely together with our clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collecting, planning and executing data driven online optimization programs
  • Initiating hypothesis-driven A/B tests aimed at improving visitor to buyer conversion
  • Translating data into comprehensible visualizations using Google Analytics, Tableau or a similar program
  • Advising and convincing management teams at every level
  • Creating and guiding implementation of measurement plans for both web and app
  • Adopting to different team dynamics/knowledge levels/digital maturities etc.

About the team

Our Commerce team is a fun and fast-growing team with a data-driven and commercial mindset. We help clients drive digital revenue growth, both e-commerce and digitally influenced offline sales. We work on optimizing both direct e-commerce platforms and third party marketplaces, for any industry and both B2C and B2B. Our capabilities include e-commerce management, conversion optimization, online merchandising, online category management, web analytics, marketplaces and e-commerce technology.


Our way of working gains trust at the client so they see us an important sparring partner. Within our teams we coach towards results, quality, constant learning and fun.

Who you are

  • Proactive, analytical and eager to learn
  • Self-starting
  • Good communication skills; you can translate complex data into a comprehensive story
  • Fluent in Dutch and English


    • At least three years of experience in analytics
    • Extensive experience in Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360, Data Studio)
    • Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Sitespect
    • Experience with customer feedback tools like Hotjar, Usabilla, Mopinion 
    • Preferred (but not a must) experience and/or affinity with JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery, Python, R
