As a Client Lead, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and strengthen positive relationships with our industry-leading clients. You serve as a strategic partner, providing guidance and advisory support to address their business challenges and capitalize on opportunities.


  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow client accounts by deeply understanding their business objectives and needs. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored service offerings that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Create and present proposals, pitch new services, and upsell additional consulting services to clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building trust and rapport.
  • Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and consistently deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage financial aspects of client engagements, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking, and profitability analysis.

  • Experience
    Demonstrated a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, creating persuasive proposals, and delivering impactful presentations to clients. Proven track record in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise
    Deep understanding of the digital landscape, emerging technologies, industry-specific challenges, and market trends. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, data analytics, e-commerce, user experience, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Relationship management
    Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships at a senior level. Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand and align with clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Leadership skills
    Experience in managing and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance.
  • Communication skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Education
    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or digital technologies.
